Progressive Conservative leadership candidates' commitments to people with disabilities (added Dec. 6)

A summary of each of the Progressive Conservative Party of Alberta candidate's positions on disability issues, health, and the not-for-profit sector. The information comes from a wide number of sources including the ADF Steering Committee's meeting with the candidates, written responses that some candidates provided to answer our disability and health specific questions, a review of each of the candidates policies and platforms, and information provided by the Calgary Chamber of Voluntary Organizations and the Alberta Disability Coalition....

Support a Northern Alberta Abilities Lodge @ Blue Lake! (added Nov. 06)

It is a sad fact that many people with disabilities are restricted from visiting Alberta parks because they are not accessible or affordable. We are the "Friends of The Northern Alberta Abilities Lodge @ Blue Lake" and our goal is to work with the Government of Alberta to establish a facility in northern Alberta that serves a similar function to William Watson Lodge in Kananaskis Park....
